Refunds are issued when your return has arrived and been inspected at the warehouse.
If you would like to know when your return will be delivered at the warehouse, please search the tracking number located underneath the barcode of your return label in the appropriate postal carrier site.
You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed.
If you are returning an item from outside Canada or the US, please let us know when you have dropped off your items at the post office, and please provide us with the return tracking number so you can be refunded as soon as possible.
