Please also ensure that the item remains unwashed/unworn, with the hang tag still attached and the tree code remains unregistered to ensure you'll be eligible for return/exchange.
Once you visit the returns center please read the instructions and "common questions" carefully.
If opting for an exchange, please list in the comments/notes section which colour/size you'd like as the replacement and we'll ship it out to you at no additional cost if available (there are no additional return or shipping charges for exchanges and we’ll waive the return shipping fee).
Please note that if you do not see your desired colour/size available on our website at the time you’re submitting your request for exchange, this is unfortunately an indication that the item is sold out. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause!
If there is currently nothing available that appeals to you as an exchange, we can issue you a gift code for the full purchase amount of the returned item that can be used towards a future purchase and does not expire. If you opt for a gift code, please note this in the comments section.
If opting for a return for refund, please note that there is a return shipping label fee and this will be deducted from your refund, but we will cover any remaining shipping fees for the return (please note that all original and return shipping fees are non-refundable). Please note that if you're in Canada, the return shipping label fee is $10. For customers in the US, the return shipping label fee is $5.
