At this time, most of our products can be sent back for return or exchange, with the exception of Mystery Bags and any items/styles marked as "final sale". Any "final sale" items will be noted as such on the product page and these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We also cannot accept returns for items in which the tree codes has been registered. Please advise us of any return or exchange request prior to registering your tree code(s). Please also ensure the item remains unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that we require all returns/exchanges to be initiated within 30 days of the original order date. If your order was placed more than 30 days from the requested date, we are unable to offer a refund. However, as long as the item remains unwashed, unworn, and the tree code has not been registered, we can accept the item back for store credit or as an exchange only. Additionally, returns/exchange outside of the 30 day window cannot be submitted through our online returns center. Therefore, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be more than happy to assist you further.
If you purchased a product in a store the carries tentree, you will have to follow that stores return/exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns online if you originally purchased it from a retailer and retailers cannot accept return or exchanges for items purchased online.
