We are a Canadian company but we do have two websites; one for Canadian customers (www.tentree.ca) and another for US and international customers (www.tentree.com). You should also be able to tell which site you are on by looking at the flag on the top right hand corner of the website. If you see a Canadian flag, you've accessed our Canadian website. If you see a US flag, you've accessed our US/International website.
Please be sure that this flag represents where you are located (meaning if you're in the US or any location outside of Canada, this should be showing the US flag) as we are only able to ship within the US/Internationally from our US warehouse, and can only ship within Canada from our Canadian warehouse.
You can switch between countries by clicking on the flag and changing it to the one that applies to you, or by re-entering the appropriate web address. If you are shopping on mobile, there’s an option to change the flag by going on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines on the top left hand side of the screen).
If you are having difficulties switching the flag, you can visit the Canadian site by searching tentree.ca in the URL, while tentree.com will take you to the US site. Additionally, all the prices will be in USD if you're in the US site, and all the prices will be in CAD if you're in the Canadian site.
Each website is connected to a separate warehouse and therefore availability may vary slightly by location. Although the site may not allow you to place the order for shipment to a country not listed at the check out, not to worry!
