Which carriers are used to ship orders?

Updated 1 month ago by Shawn McIntyre

We work with most major carriers including (but not limited to) Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, USPS, and/or UPS. We use the most appropriate carrier for each order based on its size, weight and shipping address and therefore, the carrier is selected on a case by case basis. For international shipments, we work with DHL.

**From December 12th - December 17th, we will be shipping orders express in the hopes of getting them to you before the holidays. Express shipping is free on US and Canadian orders over $150. In Canada, we will not ship with Canada Post due to the Canada Post strike, unless you have a P.O box in your address**

Shipping charges on Canadian orders are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping charges on US orders are in US dollars (USD).

We are excited to offer you complimentary shipping from www.tentree.com to a Canadian or US address when your order is over $75 (before taxes and after discounts are applied). We also offer complimentary shipping from www.tentree.ca to Canadian customers on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts are applied)

The free shipping option only appears if your order qualifies. Please note that the $6.75 shipping option and the FREE shipping option offer the same service level (5-8 business days).

NOTE:  If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Canada or the US, there may be associated taxes and/or duties with your order. You will have the option of paying these duties and taxes at checkout (DDP) or, if you prefer, you can pay them upon delivery (DDU).
