Gift/Holiday Returns & Exchanges

All orders that have been placed between November 15th - December 25th will have a return deadline of January 10th. 

Please ensure you visit the correct returns website to complete your return or exchange. 

We do accept "gift returns/exchanges". If returning a gift, please ensure to click the "Returning a gift?" link found below the blue "start a return" button to start your return. 

You'll need the following associated with the item you received:

  • Original order number
  • Zip code
  • Full name

If you do not have this information, please contact the gift giver, or alternatively, contact support@tentree.com and we can assist you in locating the original purchase info. 

You will be provided with a shipping label to return the item. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a gift code automatically for use on our website towards something new. 

Please note that a small fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from the gift code value ($5 in the US and $10 in Canada). 
Please also note that all original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
