You'll need the following associated with the item you received:
- Original order number
- Zip code
- Full name
If you do not have this information, please contact the gift giver, or alternatively, contact email@example.com and we can assist you in locating the original purchase info.
You will be provided with a shipping label to return the item. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a gift code automatically for use on our website towards something new.
