As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please attempt to contact the carrier directly with the tracking number if the tracking number won’t load your parcel’s status. The carrier will be better equipped to assist you. If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to reach out to us.
