How do I start a return/exchange?

If you would like to make a return or an exchange and are a US or Canadian customer, please visit our Return Center through the links below for your country. Before you do so, please read our return policy to ensure you are eligible for a return.

Once you enter your email address, click "start a return" and return instructions will be emailed to you. Please use the email address you used to place the order and your order number when prompted. If you are from Canada, the order number will begin with "CA". If you are in the US, your order number will begin with "US".

You will then receive an email with a link to enter our returns portal. Once in the returns portal, you will be able to select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason.  Proceed through the pages and complete the return. Please note if you are doing an exchange, you will need to select the colour and size that you would like instead. Exchange orders with the new size/colour will be created immediately. 

Once you complete your return, you will receive an email with a link to download your prepaid return label. Please print this label and tape it securely to the return box/envelope. Please also print the return packing slip and place it with the items inside the box/envelope. The deadline to return your item will be printed on your return packing slip.

Refund policy

We are happy to issue you a refund if your returned item(s) are unworn, unwashed, with the tag attached. Refunds are issued within 1-5 business days of receiving your return. You must initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds under any circumstance after 90 days. We are unable to issue refunds if your credit card has expired or was cancelled. We are happy to provide a gift code instead. If you received a refund notification but do not see the refund on your bank statement within 1-5 business days, please contact our customer care team at support@tentree.com so we can provide proof of the refund transaction and you can dispute it with your bank.
