What happens to the trees after you plant them?

Updated 2 years ago by Shawn McIntyre

In addition to growing beautiful trees that sustain the environment, we are teaching local tree planters everything they need to know about reforestation. They learn what they should and shouldn't use, what they can cut down, what they need to leave alone, and most importantly, how to responsibly care for their environment.

The training and tree planting opportunities provided make the locals feel a sense of ownership and pride in their forest.

On top of that, we hire guards at our reforestation sites to keep grazing animals from eating all the younger trees, and prevent other people from coming in and cutting down what we've planted.
