What if I bought tentree in the past? (before the tree program)

If you purchased tentree before the registry program was implemented and would like a code, just send us a picture of your item to support@tentree.com and we would be more than happy to provide you with a code!

There are a couple of ways we can do this:

  • We can send you the code digitally
  • We can send you a new token

In the email, please indicate which option you prefer. 

If you opt for a new token, please also send along your full mailing address.
