When will my purchase be refunded?

For US and Canadian customers, refunds are issued when your return has arrived and been inspected at the warehouse. Typically, this take 1-3 business days. Once a refund is issued it can take 1-3 business days to reflect on your statement.

If you would like to know when your return will be delivered at the warehouse, please search the tracking number located underneath the bar code of your return label in the appropriate postal carrier site.

  • If you are in Canada, please search your tracking number in the Canada Post website
  • If you are in the US, please search your tracking number in the USPS website.
  • If you are returning an item from outside Canada or the US, please let us know when you have dropped off your items at the post office, and please provide us with the return tracking number so you can be refunded as soon as possible.

If you are in the EU or UK, once we have received your parcel back, it is usually processed within 1-2 working days. Upon which you will receive a notification of your refund or exchange. Refunds are processed and usually back on the original payment account within 3-5 working days. 

You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed.

Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post refund transactions to your account.
