My tracking status is "Delivered" but I never received it, what do I do?
Occasionally our system will trigger your delivery confirmation before the item has actually been delivered. We have found that in most cases your order will arrive within the next 1-2 business days.
Please also check everywhere outside the property as sometimes the item(s) will have been left in a safe or secure place. They can also be sometimes left with neighbors or a building concierge so please also check with them.
If it has been longer than 3 business days and your parcel still can't be found, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly as they have the most accurate tracking information. If you would prefer we look into it for you, please contact our support team with your name, order number, and tracking number.
