Orders are shipped out from our distribution center within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Please refer to the time frames below to see how long your order will take to arrive once shipped out form our distribution center:

Canada - Standard Ground (5-8 Business Days), Express (1-4 Business Days) [Express shipping in Canada in some cases has been taking additional time depending on delays with carriers due to the COVID-19 pandemic]

US - Standard Ground (5-8 Business Days)

Elsewhere - Standard (10-21 Business Days)

UPDATE: March 27th, 2020- Due to COVID-19 our US warehouse is reducing hours, so some orders may take additional time to process before shipping. As we try to keep our team and community safe and healthy, we appreciate your patience during this time.
NOTE: If your order from or is being shipped to an address outside of Canada or the US, there may be associated taxes and/or duties due upon delivery. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable duties and taxes that may be required upon delivery.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm GMT will leave us the same day whatever the shipping type. This is imperative for all orders with Next Day Delivery. Orders will not be processed over the weekend until the next working day. 

UK - Standard (2-3 Working Days), Next Day (1 Working Day)

EU - Standard (3-4 Working Days), Express* (1 Working Day)

*Express Delivery is only applicable for orders placed before 1pm GMT and must be followed by a working day.

Our offices and distribution centers will be closed on weekends and for all statutory holidays, which may affect the processing time of your order. Weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, and statutory holidays may also cause delays in the shipping and/or delivery of your order.
