Return Policy - US and Canada

We will gladly accept the return of unworn items made within 30 days of the purchase date from or Items must remain unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.  

Once a return is initiated online, you have 30 days to send it back using the provided pre-paid label. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. 

  • A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for a different colour/size in the same style are free (as long as your size/colour is in stock)
  • Items must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mailer to ensure they are not damaged in transit. 
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in-store credit.

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any anomalies with the item received to avoid unnecessary chargebacks when applicable.
  • We are only able to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online from or Items purchased from retailers need to be returned to the original retailer. 
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different style all together, please process a return. You will receive an instant gift code that you can use on anything still available on our site. If you do not use your gift code, you will be refunded once your return is delivered. The return label fee of $10 will apply.

If you purchased a sale item and would like to make an exchange, we cannot apply the sale price to the new item if it is not still on sale. Likewise, if you purchased something on sale and want to exchange it for a different size that is currently out of stock, we are unable to apply the sale price to the item for future restocks.

Items not eligible for return/exchange:
  • Final Sale items are not eligible.
  • Climate+ purchases are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns for items with registered Tree Codes.
International orders:

If you ordered from or and your order was shipped outside of Canada or the US, you will not be able to submit the return online. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping labels for international returns. Please email us at with your order number and items you would like to return. We will then provide you with a shipping address and instructions. The customer is responsible for costs associated with the return, but we are unable to estimate them as they vary from carrier to carrier.  The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with the customer until we are in receipt of the goods. We recommend using registered post. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
