Return Policy - US and Canada

We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date from or Any returns after this period will not be accepted with the exception of orders that qualify for our holiday return policy.  The start date of holiday returns/exchanges is November 1st. As long as you place your order on or after this date, you will be eligible to return/exchange it until January 15th.

Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back with our prepaid label. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and Climate + items are non-refundable. 

  • We cannot accept returns for items with registered tree codes. Please also ensure the item remains unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.  
  • A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns. We will waive that fee if you are exchanging your item for a different colour/size in the same style. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded as store credit.

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as chargebacks/credits (as applicable). 
  • We are only able to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online from or 
  • Your refund will be issued once the return has been settled after arrival and inspection at our warehouse (typically 1-3 business days after the return has been delivered). 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style altogether, please process a return. You will receive an instant gift code that you can use on anything still available on our site. If you do not use your gift code, you will be refunded once your return is delivered. The return label fee will apply.

If you purchased an item when it was on sale, and you want something different, we cannot apply the sale price to the new item. Likewise, if you purchased something on sale and want to exchange it for a different size but the size you want is not in stock, we cannot apply the sale price to the item if it re-stocks at a later date.

If you purchased a product in a retail store that carries tentree, you will have to follow that store's return/exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns online if you originally purchased it from a retailer and retailers cannot accept return or exchanges for items purchased online.

If you ordered from and your order was shipped outside of Canada or the US, you will not be able to submit the return online. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping labels for international returns. Please email us at with your order number, items you would like to return, and we will provide you with a shipping address and instructions. The customer is responsible for costs associated with the return, but we are unable to estimate them as they vary from carrier to carrier.  The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with the customer until we are in receipt of the goods. We recommend using registered post. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
