My tracking says my order is being returned back to you, what do I do?
The shipping carrier will typically hold parcels for up to 5 business days for pick-up. If you do not pick up your order within 5 business days, your order may be returned back to our warehouse by the carrier. If your order is being returned back to our warehouse, it will be automatically re-stocked and you will be refunded. We will not be able to re-ship your order, so please feel free to place a new order. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If your order is being returned due to an address error the same applies. You will be refunded once the package has arrived back at our warehouse (less the initial shipping cost) and you can place a new order using an updated address.
