Return Policy - Europe and UK

We will gladly accept the return of unworn items made within 14 days of the purchase date from, or Any returns after this period will not be accepted. 

Items must remain unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.  

Items not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Final Sale items are not eligible
  • Climate+ purchases are non-refundable
  • We cannot accept returns for items with registered Tree Codes

You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty, is outside of the 14 day return policy, or was purchased through our North American website.

If you ordered from or but your order was shipped outside of Canada or the US, you will have to email with your order number and items you would like to return. We will then provide you with a shipping address and further instructions.

How to process a return:

  • Please complete the returns form provided with your item(s) and include this in your return package.
  • Items must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mailer to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with the customer until we are in receipt of the goods. 
  • Items are returned to us at the cost of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • European customers using DHL as a courier service will receive a DHL label in their parcel allowing them to access a fixed rate return amount of €6.00 which is payable when goods are handed over to the courier/branch. If a customer decides not to use the label provided, return charges may exceed our fixed rate.
  • We offer exchanges for any items of the same price or less. If your new item costs less, we will credit the price difference to the original method of payment. Once the exchange has been processed we don’t charge any additional delivery fees on the new order. Any applicable credits will be issued once the item(s) are received and in appropriate condition. 
  • If your item is damaged, please email
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any anomalies with the item received to avoid unnecessary chargebacks when applicable.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in-store credit.

Once we have received your parcel, returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You can expect to see the refunded amount on your statement 3-5 business days from the date of arrival and will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
